IT Support Specialist Intern

Responsibilities:

  •  Provide technical support to users of computer systems and networks.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve hardware and software problems. 
  • Install and configure computer systems and software applications.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of computer hardware and software
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Customer-oriented approach with a passion for helping others.
